this software??? It is impossible to call anyone. Where is your support staff? You have found one source of support, right here in the newsgroup. But, a newsgroup is not suitable for tutorials or classes. If you installed Office 2003, the current version, and open Help, in the Help pane you'll see Office Online ... click through that, look around a bit, find the _link_s to Training... there are quite a number of tutorials. If you don't have Office 2003, start with
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx. For a novice user getting started with Microsoft Access, I don't know anything better than the self-study book _Microsoft Access <versionnumber Step by Step_ from Microsoft Press. It's not free, but it is not very expensive, either. Check out the Access FAQ site,
http://www.mvps.org/access. It has a wealth of information, and _link_s to many other sites, too. The site
http://ntaccess.tripod.com, the site for the Access SIG of the North Texas PC User Group has a good many of the same _link_s, plus some others you won't find at the FAQ site. Following the _link_s from either or both of these will lead you to many more. Larry Linson Microsoft Access MVP
