Hi, If someone knows about this printer (no lazer) Do you know how to make it faster? They sell it to me saying: 3 pages per minute, but is going only 1 page per minute. What is wrong? I work typeing for students who have to presents the work in the university, and sometimes the work is hugh, and takes me a lot, lot time to do it, If someone can help, I will be most gratefull!! Elena. The printer is: Canon BJC - 240( bibble jet printer) Hi Elena, You might try changing your printer settings through the control panel as follows: 1. Select Start, then click control panel. 2. In the control panel, click the printers icon. 3. Select the icon for the Canon BJ-240, and RIGHT click on it. 4. From the selection box, select properties. 5. Now, select the details tab and click the spool settings button 6. Make sure the following settings are in force (option marked). a. Spool print jobs so printing finishes faster. b. Start printing after FIRST page is spooled. c. Spool Data format should be EMF (right arrow selects) d. Enable bi-directions support for this printer.
