I have just purchased a Canon BJC240 and cannot get it to print. I think I may have the wrong driver. I'm using something called Canon48 on a 3000 w/10M 2M Agnus. So far all it does it make some noise and move the print wheel every 3-5 minutes or so. Also the power light _b_link__s, is this supposed to happen. Any help would be appreiciated. ?  Also CanonStudio has been no help I have a CanonBJ 200 and had problems with both those drivers similar to what you are having. I went and tried the CanonBJ 600 drivers and was able to get them to work even with final writer. Dump the Cannon 48 like a hot potatoe get it and any references to it out of your system and all lines it added to the startup-sequence, it probably works fine with the higher level cannon printers but it doesn't like the 200 series dump it fast. I think the 240 may not be much different than my 200 give it a try what do you have to lose.
