Hmmm...which fix did you use from article Q265194? You might try to run a repair setup for Office, to make sure there's not something corrupt or missing, then try your downloads again.

Hi, Rick: Glad that worked.  Unfortunately, I can't be of much help with a Canon printer driver...you might try sending them an inquiry to find out what you can use.  If you still have the original drivers on disk or CD, give them a try!
