Hi all, I have a few questions regarding my old Canon AE-1, newer Rebel-G and things related.  I was hoping some of the more experianced shooters can assist me.  I plan to purchase a Zenitar 2.8/16 fisheye lens primarliy for skateboard/snowboard photography as well to experiment with.  Good thing is it comes in EOS (EF) mount so I can easily mount it on my Rebel.  What I'd really like to do is have it be able to mount on my AE-1 also.  Is there such thing as an FD-EF adapter??  Second is, my friend who shoots professionally has a a flash cord thing, sorry I don't know the correct name for it, but it gives you the versitility of having a mobile flash instead of having it just mounted on the hot shoe.  Is that available for Canon cameras??  Lastly, my AE-1 was adopted from my uncle and the hot shoes doesn't work.  Is it worth getting it repaired or am I better off getting a new camera? How much am I looking at for a repair? Thanks in advance
