when i go to printers from control panel and try to delete an okidata 320 turbo i get error msg spool 32, fatal exception error has occurred. i get same msg if i double click on the printer and try to access printer jobs. i have tried safe mode step by step and have not been able to access printer properties to delete the printer. if i reinstll windows 98 from original disk is there a way to save critical files on the hard drive or do i have to back up everything first? any suggestions on how to get rid of the spool 32 msg? and access printer properties again. thanks for quick response as the printer is at a business location.
