Well, I suppose what's good depends on exactly what you're looking for, but ... I use Code.Print from Caladonia Systems (www.caladonia.com). There's a lot of flexibility in terms of what you print, and you have a fair amount of control over the fonts, headers, and so on. And it's inexpensive. The only problem I've had with it is that it occasionally pukes if the printer isn't fully ready to print at the time you start. For instance, we have a HP 4SIMX that automatically goes into a power-save mode when it hasn't been used in 30 minutes or so. It takes it about a minute to warm up afterwards. If I start printing while it's in power-save, CP may puke and either print garbage, or nothing at all. Aside from that annoyance, it's a good value.
