I've had a BJ200E for7 years. I've refilled the cartridges myself and even bought a new/used one at a garage sale for $1. The thing WILL NOT DIE! OK, I WILL upgrade soon and it probably will be a Canon. Office Max sucks! The only cartridge I ever bought  from them was bad and I returned it. They've misrepresented stuff to me, used bait-and-switch tactics on me and kept me waiting in their unconscionably long check-out lines(after 5 employees always  offer an unsolicited can I help you? ) Sorry, I'm beginning to ramble! I any case, at least their return policy is good...you'll be needing it. RP

Lucas, does that mean that they think the i850 is better than the i950? I saw a picture printed on the i950 and it was fantastic but at Office Max, they said they had lots of returns and trouble with Canon printers so they stopped carrying them.  Any thoughts on this? Office Depot's average customer is too stupid to operate thier printer?
